We are a holistic pet care service, led by women and focused on enrichment, where dogs are treated as companions who think and feel.
Our services are for dogs of all ages and sizes; however, for your pet’s safety, we can only accept spayed/neutered and vaccinated dogs.

How does it work?
It’s like a private lesson for your dog. They’ll experience new sensations and use their neurons as much as their toebeans.
We dedicate individual playtime to your dog during their stay with highly stimulating cognitive and/or physical activities.

FAQ
Do you offer veterinary, training, or pet taxi services?
✘ No. We are not a veterinary clinic, nor are we certified in dog training. The transportation option we offer is only available for transfers to and/or from ANIMA MUNDI PETS.
Do you offer grooming services?
SOON! We are working on our certification so we can offer baths and nail trims very soon.
Do the dogs sleep in cages?
✘ No. Never. We don’t have kennels. The dogs sleep on their bed, ours, or on the sofa. Comfort guaranteed.
Are other animals accepted?
✔︎ We would be happy to discuss the stay of your other animals as long as they are spayed/neutered and vaccinated. We accept dogs, turtles, birds, rabbits, ferrets, etc.
✘ We do not accept cats at the moment.
✘ We will never accept an exotic or endangered animal.
What happens if my dog has a medical emergency during their stay?
Following your instructions, we will take them to their regular veterinarian OR to a veterinarian we trust.
How do you ensure my pet's safety?

✔︎ Each guest always wears their ID tag.
✘ Dogs are never let off-leash in unfenced areas.
✔︎ In the future, we will have Airtags or similar devices available to track your dog at all times.
How do you prevent fights between dogs?
It’s simple. We don’t take risks or chances.
Introductions are always done with a positive and calm attitude, in a safe place, under our supervision.
Interactions between dogs are always supervised.
In the event that the introduction is not successful, we separate the dogs into groups and/or individual spaces (shaded yard or room).
* Why do you ask for a guarantor for my pet(s)?
In short, to combat pet abandonment which, unfortunately, is a reality we see too often.
